Benefits of using ISDN:
DDI: (Direct Dialing Inwards)
Your key customers can access you directly by being given a specific number
to dial.
Calls can be directed to your desk phone or mobile relieving your switchboard
operator to answer more necessary calls.
There will be no more need for direct lines for Directors or Fax machines
therefore making an instant saving on line rentals.
CLI: (Calling Line Identity)
You can give your customers a personalised service by knowing who is calling
you as their name appears on their display.
CTI: (Computer Telephony Integration)
By linking your computers with your telephones, customers' records can
pop up the instant they are calling you, allowing you to deal with their
enquiry in the most efficient manner possible.
Trunk to Trunk Transfer:
If you are often out of the office or need to receive calls out of hours
ISDN allows calls to be transferred to another phone or mobile seamlessly.
High Speed Data Transfer:
ISDN ensures that your data travels up to 9 times faster than on analogue
lines. This can be used for Videoconferencing, PC application sharing
and Internet access and faxing. The higher speeds ISDN offers ensures
that all these communications become faster, cheaper and more reliable.
