Silver Service

We will configure your server and workstations to allow us remote access to your site so we can troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely throughout your organisation, without the need for an engineer to visit your site.

When setting up your organisation for the Silver maintenance contract we will first thoroughly check all your IT hardware and software, running updates, service packs and any available patches from Microsoft or the software manufacturer. We then enable either remote access to your main server or configure your server to connect to our network and install all the software necessary for our remote assistance specialists to connect remotely.

The Silver level of service offers you:
     Telephone & Remote Access technical support on all software and hardware
     Web based fault submission
     4 hours response times
     Immediate action in the event of complete hardware failure
     Monthly server health checks where we connect to you server and run a series of diagnostic tools to keep your organisation running at optimal levels.
