Support Tokens
When you need a quick response time, guaranteed service levels, but only
when YOU want it, Adept Systems provide a rolling contract. A pack of
tokens is purchased, the number of tokens in the pack depending on what
issues you envisage needing cover on and which services you may require.
The tokens are purchased at the commencement of the contract period and
are valid for one year. Should you wish to purchase more at any time during
the contract they will be charged at the agreed rate.
Once the fault or requirement is logged, the corresponding
number of tokens are deducted from your account and the fault is dealt
with. If the number of tokens you have left is insufficient for an emergency
service you have stipulated that you require, a notification is sent to
you that this service is no longer available until more tokens have been
purchased. A list of the services and their relative token cost is available
on our website.
